Operations Analyst:
Operations Analyst is sought to improve our business procedures, reduce operation and transaction cost, increase manufacture efficiency and optimize the profit returns for our investment in overseas projects.   This position will support strategic initiatives for the company through identifying, developing, deploying, maintaining and supporting technical and process solutions.  The analyst will work collaboratively with all affiliated companies abroad and the operational departments in the U.S., and perform a full range of business and technical activities.

The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:

• Research, architect, create, implement, promote and maintain efficient business process and protocol; initiate new projects and implement technical solution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in support of key organizational directives such as revenue generation, customer satisfaction and retention, operational efficiency, employee engagement and talent management
• Monitor manufacturing and supply chain cost and provide the information to upper management for cost effective business decision- making.
• Assist upper management in managing production and souring activities to achieve benchmarking quality and on time delivery performance.
• Streamline logistics to minimize production delays, reduce overall logistic cost, and improve profit margin.
• Develop, implement and publish standardized supply chain performance reports/metrics including service level, backorders, schedule adherence, forecast accuracy lead time, efficiency, and key data elements.
• Analyze the supply chain performance and diagnose key improvement opportunities with a focus on standard work and lean manufacturing principles.
• Develop specifications and performance test requirements to ensure that the purchased equipments and chemical materials can fully satisfy our Chinese oil and gas clients’ need;
• Design effective marketing strategy, set sales goals and targets, provide training, guidance and incentives for the sales representatives in different regions to reach the goals and targets.
• Accurately and completely summarizes activities, observations and/or problems encountered and corrected on field trips or through any pertinent customer contact. 
• Analyze on daily/weekly/monthly sales volume and project the trends
• Visit suppliers for product quality audit and survey
• Conduct special projects, research and ad hoc analysis as requested

Minimum requirements:

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Logistics Management or other closely related major.
• Proficiency in Data Management and Analysis systems, Decision Support Systems, ERP, StatTools, SPASS.
